Our Mission

At Pathfinders, our mission is to empower high school girls by opening doors to industries they may not have considered before. We provide unique opportunities for students to explore various career paths through immersive field trips to leading corporations. By dismantling stereotypes and offering real-world insights, we help girls make informed decisions about their future careers.

Why It Matters

In today’s rapidly changing job market, understanding the work environment and culture of different industries is crucial. Many students form opinions about certain careers based on outdated stereotypes or limited information, which can close off potential opportunities. Pathfinders aims to change that by providing students with firsthand experiences in diverse fields, allowing them to see beyond the myths and discover where they truly belong.
